Tiaris guide
Sign in securely
Sign in to the management Console, select your organization, and recover access when needed.

Use the Tiaris HTTPS address supplied by your administrator. Console sign-in is separate from directory sign-in on a managed workstation.
Section titled “Sign in”- Choose Language / Taal if you prefer English or Dutch.
- Enter your account email and password.
- If two-step verification is enabled, enter the code sent to your email. Use an unused recovery code through the recovery option when you cannot receive email.
- If you can access several organizations, select the one you intend to manage.
- Confirm the organization in the top bar before continuing.
Your permissions follow your role in that organization. Missing controls may reflect role or capability restrictions, rather than a failed sign-in.
Accept an invitation
Section titled “Accept an invitation”Follow the fresh invitation link from your organization. Complete the setup/sign-in steps shown. If you already have a Tiaris account for that address, use its existing credentials. If the link has expired or names an unexpected organization, ask its Owner or Manager for help before continuing.
Reset a forgotten password
Section titled “Reset a forgotten password”Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. Follow the new message sent to that address. Request a fresh message when a link expires; do not forward reset links to another person.
If the message never arrives, confirm the email address, check the relevant mail folders, and contact your administrator to investigate delivery. Repeated sign-in attempts will not fix a missing membership or unavailable email service.
Protect future sign-ins
Section titled “Protect future sign-ins”Open Settings > Your account to verify your email and enable email-based two-step verification. Save the recovery codes in your approved password manager. People and account security explains verification, code rotation, and recovery.
Sign out when using a shared administration computer. Keep passwords, setup links, session details, and recovery codes private.
