Tiaris guide
Manage organizations
Switch organization context, update its name, and understand reseller or platform access.

The selected organization determines which computers, Blueprints, Policies, deployments, people, and activity you see. Confirm its name in the top-bar organization selector before a broad or destructive action.
Switch organization
Section titled “Switch organization”Use the selector in the top bar to choose another accessible organization. The active session context changes; data is not merged between organizations. Your effective role may differ in the new organization, so available controls can change too.
Resource names can be similar across organizations. Check both organization and computer identity before installing, decommissioning, or approving a deployment.
Update organization details
Section titled “Update organization details”Open Settings > Organization. Owners and Managers can edit the organization name through the available control. The page also shows its type, identity, creation information, associated reseller where applicable, and enrolled-computer count.
The name appears in sign-in screens and organization email. Renaming does not move computers, change their hardware identity, or merge their records with another organization.
Reseller and platform access
Section titled “Reseller and platform access”Eligible reseller and platform accounts can open Organizations from the account menu. This view provides access to organizations within their account authority and any available organization-creation controls.
Use those controls only when the intended owner/team and organization details are known. A normal organization membership does not confer reseller or platform access. See Roles and permissions.
Leaving Tiaris
Section titled “Leaving Tiaris”Closing an organization is a separate administrative process. Follow the contact/instructions shown under Settings > Organization > Leaving Tiaris. Removing your own membership is not the same as closing the organization, and decommissioning a computer does not erase its disk.
Before closure, agree how user data, managed-computer recovery, audit exports, and installed systems will be handled with the responsible administrator or reseller.
